- Growing Good Fruit Together
- How do you know if a tree is healthy? Look at its fruit.
- Jesus tells us that the Holy Spirit is at work in the lives of God's people, growing fruit that reflects His love and character: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. These are not things we produce by our own effort. They are gifts that grow in us as we remain connected to Christ.
- This week, our Prep students help lead us in worship as they share what they have been learning about the Fruit of the Spirit. Their excitement and simple faith remind us that God is continually growing and shaping His people, young and old alike.
- As we continue looking at our yearly theme: "Together: Bound in Love," we are reminded that love is the fruit that holds all the others together. Just as a basket holds fruit, God's love binds us together as one family in Christ. Through His Spirit, He grows His fruit in us individually and among us as a congregation.
- In this week's devotions, we explore how God grows His fruit in our daily lives and how His love shapes our relationships with Him and with one another. May these reflections encourage you to see the work of the Holy Spirit already happening in your life and inspire you to pray, "Grow Your fruit in us, Lord."
